The Oak Harbor Main Street Association sponsors the Facade Improvement Grant Program to encourage exterior improvements to commercial buildings within Historic Downtown Oak Harbor.
Eligible applicants include downtown property owners and tenants within the Oak Harbor Main Street Association catchment area. Applicants must be current members of Oak Harbor Main Street to apply.
Grant awards are available up to $15,000 and require a 1:1 funding match. Applicants are responsible for at least 50% of total project costs.
Approved applicants must display signage recognizing support from the Oak Harbor Main Street Facade Improvement Grant during project work and for 30 days following completion.
