Description
Decorate, display, and compete in our Gingerbread House Decorating Contest! Youth and adult categories available.
Gingerbread houses must be dropped off between November 16-18 at the Oak Harbor Main Street Association Office, 881 SE Pioneer Way, Oak Harbor. Community voting will run from December 1-11. Winners will be announced on December 14.
There will be cash prizes for both youth and adult categories.

Gingerbread House Contest Rules
Gingerbread House Contest Rules
- Entry must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages
- Gingerbread house must be completely edible
- At least 75% of the house must be made from gingerbread
- Decorations may include edible candy, icing, fondant, cookies, cereal, pretzels, or other edible material.
- All materials must be provided by the participant. Materials will not be provided by OHMSA.
- Entries must be dropped off between November 16-18
- Youth and adult categories will be judged separately.
- Community voting will take place from December 1-11.
- Winners will be announced on December 14.
