Come downtown for a free, family-friendly Halloween event filled with trick-or-treating, music, face painting, costume contests, dancing, and more!

From 3 PM to 6:30 PM, downtown merchants and local businesses will line Pioneer Way, passing out candy to all the kiddos. Pioneer Way will be closed during the event to help create a safe and welcoming environment for families to enjoy Halloween downtown.

Bring your costumes, bring your candy bags, and get ready for a fun evening in downtown Oak Harbor!
