Oak Harbor Main Street and Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce are helping Maria Diaz Ramirez with the organization of this new event on Whidbey Island.  There will be food and vendors selling items that celebrate Hispanic Heritage.  Only apply for a booth if you sell Hispanic food or retail items.
